DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE MY CARD?

No.  Your card is active and your funds have been loaded.  It is ready for immediate use.

 

WHAT IS MY PIN?

Your PIN was provided to you by your Correctional Facility.  If you forgot your PIN, please call 1-800-384-0593 for assistance.

 

USE YOUR FUNDS IMMEDIATELY!

You will incur a fee after card activation.  Do not lose your funds to fees! All fees associated with this card can be found in the fees and charges section of the Cardholder Agreement.

 

KNOW YOUR AVAILABLE BALANCE! 

Most failed transactions are because of insufficient funds. A fee will apply for all failed transactions. See Cardholder Agreement for more information.
Online: Set up your account online at www.numiprestige.com and get your balance and transaction history 24/7, with NO CHARGE. 
Phone: Call the toll-free number on the back of your card 24/7. There is no charge for your first 3 calls per calendar month. A fee may apply for additional calls. Check your Cardholder Agreement for specific information.
ATM: Perform a balance inquiry at the ATM.
A fee will apply. Check your Cardholder Agreement for specific information.

 

CAN I USE THIS CARD AT AN ATM? 

  1. Insert your Card and enter your PIN.

  2. Choose "Checking" as the account type. 

  3. Enter the amount to be withdrawn.

A fee may apply plus an additional surcharge fee may be assessed by the ATM. Check the fees and charges section of your Cardholder Agreement for specific information.

 

DINING OUT?
Restaurants may request an authorization of 20% above the purchase price of your meal. You will NOT be charged the additional amount but it must be part of your available balance at the time of purchase.  See Cardholder Agreement for additional information.

 

BUYING GAS?

  • Go inside and pay at the register.

  • Choose "Credit" to avoid the fee incurred when using your PIN for transactions.

  • If you pay at the pump, a hold of up $75 or more will be placed until the actual transaction amount is "settled" which can take up to 7 days.  During this time, such funds will not be available for purchases.

 

HOW DO I PERFORM A BANK OVER THE COUNTER WITHDRAWAL?
1. Sign the back of your card.
2. Present the card, and photo ID to the bank teller. 
3. Ask for a cash advance on your prepaid card.
4. Ask for the amount you would like to withdraw. 
5. Sign your receipt.

HOW DO I GET CASH BACK AT THE REGISTER?
1. Swipe card.
2. Select "Debit" at the register and enter PIN. 
3. Select the amount of cash back.

WHAT IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN? 

Call Customer Support at 1-800-384-0593 (1-402-205-3128 if outside U.S.) and select the option for lost or stolen. A Numi representative is available 24/7 to assist you with securing your remaining funds.
